Domain building P is the final installment for Phase I of The Domain, 26 residential units are stacked on a 30,000 square foot retail podium that weaves around existing live oak trees.

The existing oak trees inform the architectural response as they become the focus of an elevated exterior amenity area for the residential tenants. Various private outdoor areas are provided ranging from deep balconies to a shaded porch that looks out onto the retail street below.
